I am a 5th generation Floridian. Some of my recipes are over 125 years old and have been handed down in my family. I use local products in our breads, pastries and desserts.
Many of my desserts are seasonal. Your favorite sweets might not always be available. What I bake changes often. Far more often than this page. We plan to expand our bakery in early fall of 2025.

Nestled in a gingersnap crust, topped with Sui Generis Whiskey caramel and salted Florida pecans. The pecans are usually from a 100+ year old tree on my property. I grow the potatoes or source them from local farmers. Available year round.
I have gotten some wild emails from people who think their cheesecake didn't have the "100 year pecans." As a Floridian I know how we are, but y'all have got to cut it out about the pecans. Just ask me, I will tell you which pecans will be on your dessert.
